Elevate Your Therapy Practice with Words That Connect

You know the heart of your practice, but finding the time to write engaging, impactful copy? That’s another story. You’ve likely spent countless hours revising content or searching the web for guidance on writing for therapist websites.

Why wasn’t there a course on private practice marketing or SEO in grad school?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the things your website needs, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place.

As a therapist, you’re juggling client sessions, admin tasks, billing, documentation, and more. You shouldn’t have to stress about writing content or creating a marketing plan. That’s where I come in.

Let me take copywriting off your plate so you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

About Me: Therapist + Copywriter

As a therapist, you’ve dedicated your career to providing compassionate care and making a meaningful impact in your clients’ lives. You’re focused on ensuring your private practice runs smoothly, that clients receive the best care, and that your business aligns with your ethics and values.
When it comes to your website or marketing, you need someone who gets it—someone who understands the nuances of your work and values your practice as much as you do. That’s where I come in.

Meet Alexandria Theordor, MSW

A Way with Words + A Way with People

I’m not just a copywriter—I’m a therapist who’s passionate about helping mental health professionals thrive in their private practices. I bring both clinical expertise and a flair for writing to the table, combining a deep understanding of therapeutic work with the power of engaging, personality-packed copy.

Whether it’s crafting SEO-optimized blogs, revamping your website, or creating lead magnets that build your email list, I’m here to help you connect with your ideal clients through words that resonate and build trust.

  4. Timely Feedback: In order to maintain project momentum, feedback for revisions should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft.
  5. Final Approval: Once revisions are complete, you’ll have the opportunity to review the final version before approval. Any further changes beyond the two included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate.
